You must be 18 or older to purchase firearms and 21 or older to purchase rifles or shotguns.
All firearms purchase will require an FFL address to ship the gun. No firearms will be shipped directly to customers address unless you are an FFL dealer. Make sure you are not prohibited from receiving or possessing firearms under Federal law before purchasing, contact your State Attorney General’s Office to inquire about the laws and possible State or local firearms restrictions.
Any orders placed for magazines that are not legal in your state will immediately be refunded and restocked and may be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
*LE/Military: Duty use items are exempt from restrictions with proper verification. When creating an account, please select the LE/Military checkbox. Once the account is created, you will receive an email with further instructions to complete the LE/Military account registration.
California: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in CA except to law enforcement or customers with high capacity magazine permit. Due to passage of Law CA AB48 we are no longer selling any magazine repair kits as of 12/07/2013.
Chicago and other counties within IL: No magazines over the below capacities will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in the following areas.
Aurora, Illinois: maximum capacity of 15 rounds
Cook County, Illinois: maximum capacity of 10 rounds
Chicago, Illinois: maximum capacity of 10 rounds
Colorado: No magazines over 15 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in CO.
Connecticut: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in CT. As of 10/1/13 in order to comply with CT Senate Bill No. 1160 magazines holding 10 rounds or less can only be purchased if buyer provides a copy of driver’s license and ONE of the following: state handgun carry permit, long gun certificate, or ammunition certificate.
District of Columbia: No magazines over 10 rounds capacity will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in DC.
Hawaii: No magazines over 10 rounds that are compatible with any pistol (to include magazines compatible with both a pistol and rifle) will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in HI.
Maryland: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in MD.
Massachusetts: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in MA.
New Jersey: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in NJ.
New York: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in NY.
Vermont: No magazines over 10 rounds for Rifles and over 15 rounds for Pistols will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in VT.
Military APO/FPO: Due to shipping restrictions, GATARMED SHOP is not able to ship to APO/FPO addresses. If you would like to receive our products we can ship to a stateside military base (or other address) that is not an APO/FPO address.

You must be 18 or older to purchase ammunition for use in a shotgun or rifle and 21 or older to purchase ammunition for use in a handgun . All ammunition must be shipped FedEx Ground. Ammunition cannot ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO addresses. Ammunition cannot be returned for any reason. Please consult applicable local laws before ordering.
Due to various state/local restrictions regarding ammunition, we are unable to ship orders containing ammunition to shipping addresses in the following states/territories at this time:

California

Guam
Hawaii
Illinois
Maryland
Massachusetts
New Jersey

Puerto Rico
Washington (state)
Washington DC
We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; and U.S. territories. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address.
*Delivery times go into effect the business day after your order is processed and marked shipped.
*Processing time is 2 – 3 business days.
All orders over $500 require Direct Signature. There are no exceptions.
Orders are not able to be modified once an order is marked shipped. Please note orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been sent to packing.
We do not offer shipping outside of the United States.

Free Shipping only applies to products shown as “Free Shipping” and valid only when shipping to the contiguous 48 states. If an order contains one or more products offered as “Free Shipping” along with other Non-Free Shipping products, the estimated shipping cost of the “Free Shipping” product will be deducted from the total shipping cost.
GATARMED SHOP will only ship high-capacity magazines to states that allow the sale/transfer of high-capacity magazines. Refer to our Shipping Restrictions page for a full listing of restrictions. Some users may be exempt from these restrictions. See the LE Exemption policy to determine if You are eligible for an exemption and steps to upgrade your account.
Yes, but first, you must upgrade your account, place the order. See the LE Exemption policy for instructions to initiate this process.
Currently, there are no discount programs or coupon codes available.
Our current processing times can be found on our Shipping Policy page. Once an order is processed, the selected shipping method/timeframes go into effect.

Once an order is placed, we cannot modify the quantities or items included in the order. If modifications are desired, it is best to request cancellation and re-order. Cancelation requests can be sent to sales@gatarmed.com or Live Chat
As stated in our Return Policy, product fitment is the responsibility of the customer. A best practice is to review the make and model information which should be stamped on the slide or barrel of your firearm. With the make and model information, use the Mag Finder tool, located at Rainierarmsllc.store to help identify the correct magazines that are compatible with your firearm. The firearm manufacturer is also a reliable source to confirm if a specific magazine will work for your firearm. Additionally, any specific questions may be sent to sales@gatarmed.com (please include photos of the firearm) or Live Chat.
GATARMED SHOP does not accept backorders. You can sign up for an email notification when that item is available for purchase again. To do so, go to the product page, and click the grey button, Sign up to get notified when this product is back in stock. Follow the prompts and once completed, you will be signed up for an email notification once the item is back in stock.
GATARMED SHOP will accept returns within 60 days from the date of order. Our Return Policy provides specific guidance to initiate a return.
When an order is declined, a specific error message is provided.
If the error is an AVS mismatch, this means that the billing address information provided does not match the records at your financial institution. Verify your billing address and try again.
If the error is [item_name] can’t be sold to [restricted_state] residents the item(s) that you’re trying to order are restricted items in your state. Please refer to our Shipping Restrictions page for a full listing of restrictions. Some users may be exempt from these restrictions. See the LE Exemption policy to determine if You are eligible for an exemption and steps to upgrade your account.
For any other errors, a best practice is to contact your financial institution to determine the specific reason for the denial.
It is very infrequent that an active order is canceled. You should have received an email from sales@gatarmed.com with specifics of why the order was canceled. Possible reasons include:
The item(s) that you ordered was out of stock. We try our best to keep an accurate count of in-stock items and update the website as soon as an item is out of stock. Sometimes, our inventory counts may be inaccurate, resulting in the need to cancel and refund your order or item(s).
Possibly fraudulent activity was detected. To combat credit card theft/fraud, all successful orders are analyzed by our fraud detection system. If possible fraudulent activity is detected, the order is canceled and refunded. If our system inaccurately classified your order as fraudulent, please reach out to us at sales@gatarmed.com or Live Chat so that we can work with you to grant an exception.
